I discovered Denny's in Guam a few visits back and it is now my favorite place to grab a quick and delicious breakfast to start the day.  The restaurant is located on Marine Corps Drive  and is close to many of my customers and the major hotels on Tumon Bay.  When you enter Denny's you are greeted with the saying "Haf Adai".  This is like Aloha in Guam.  The restaurant is filled with a mix of locals, business people and military personnel.  I like the Denny's "Fit" menu.  Low fat choices such as egg whites, vegetables and Turkey Bacon.  The "Fit" Skillet is fantastic.  I order it with tortillas and make breakfast burritos.  Eqq whites, vegetables and potatoes.  Add some salsa and a bit of sour creme for a great tasting breakfast.  I also like the egg whites and vegetables served with Turkey Bacon.  My friend enjoyed the egg white Omelet with vegetable and Turkey Bacon.  Add some fresh fruit and you are ready to go out and hit the 95 degree heat and 95% humidity that is Guam.
